Position: Electrical/Instrumentation Inspector (Ref: Ell 003)

Objectives

• To clarify work order request by others, analyse failures and problems and recommend repairs, and also ensure the best level of performance of the Plant’s equipment

Candidate’s Profile

• B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
• 2-3 years¹ hands-on experience in Engineering
• Aged 30-35 years
• Commitment to the highest standards of safe work habits
• Knowledge of Cement manufacturing process is desirable
• To organise the inspection planning
• To carry out inspection in line with best practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• To measure the vibrations and interpret the results
• To plan electrical interventions from his visits
• To provide the work order for the technicians
• Willingness to listen for the information coming from Production
• To check that electric equipment oiling is done well
• To keep informed of the preventive maintenance techniques
• Can replace an unavailable Maintenance Electrical Engineer
• Energetic with good aptitude for field work; very mobile
• Accurate, analytical, meticulous and pays attention to details
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership skills via work ethics, ability to delegate and motivate fairness, etc
• Computer  literate   in   Microsoft   Office   packages   (Minimum

Requirement: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project)
