National Metallurgical Development Centre is a Federal Government Parastatal under the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development. It is a Research Organization with the mandate to undertake researches aimed at upgrading the qualities of Nigeria Ores for Steel and other Metallurgical productions, particularly through beneficiation of Local Iron Ore and other Solid Minerals.

Deputy Director Mineral Processing (Mineral Processing Department) – CONTISS 14

Qualification:
- PH.D in Mineral Processing Engineering or Chemical Engineering with at least sixteen (16) years cognate work experience or M.Sc with 20 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Draws up research projects for the processing of raw material for the Metallurgical Industry
