Position: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (TTC) CONTISS 14
Job Summary
The appointee will head the Transport Technology Center which is proposed to be a specialized applied research and teaching centre, to be equipped with state-of-the art technologies for providing most effective systems for research in safety and economy of transport operations, simulations of best practices in transport and logistics operations, and a major skill acquisition centre for all levels of practitioners in the industry.
He will have the general responsibility for monitoring and evaluating the various specialized areas of the centre and all the facilities and equipment therein with the main objective of utilizing the centre as a world standard transport research laboratory.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the post must posses
M.Sc in any of the following branches of Engineering, Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, Aeronautic Transport etc.
The candidate should in addition have a minimum of 14 years cognate experience and should be familiar with software, e.g. Catia V5, Ansys, LS Dyno.
