- BSc/HND in automobile or mechanical engineering
- MBA or MSc in Transport Management/Logistics
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Transport or related bodies
- Experience in the use of Project Management tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- About 7 years experience in Road Haulage fleet management and bulk products handing
