Position: Lecturer 1

Qualification

1. i.            Ph.D or at least 3 years post M.Sc teaching & Research in

Quantity Surveying

1. ii.            Publications – At least 3 journals published in reputable scientific referred journals or Minimum of 3 conference/seminar papers/conference proceedings\
2. i.            Cognate experience m Postgraduate teaching
3. ii.            At least 5 years post  Ph.D teaching & Research experience in a tertiary institution

Number of Vacancies: 2

Salary: CONUASS 4(N1, 356, 194.00 N1, 750, 023 30) per annum
