Position: Head, Operations

Description:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of the entire banking operations.
• In conjunction with other line Managers, he will ensure customer satisfaction and steady increase in Market Share

Qualifications:

• BSc or HND in Social Science or Humanities
• MBA or any other higher Degree from
• ACID of any other professional qualification (s)
• Evidence of Computer Literacy

Experience:

• Minimum of 5years post NYSC experience
• Minimum of 2years experience in Mortgage Banking Operation
• Highly proficient in office software applications (MS word, Excel and PowerPoint)
