Description
The successful candidate must be very intelligent, smart, good looking and preferably a female. The right candidate must have perfect command of English Language (both spoken and written). She must be friendly and business minded as well. The front desk is the first place a visitor encounters. Thus, the front desk personnel must provide a courteous and prompt service with warm smile that will ensure customer/client satisfaction and retention.
Knowledge, Skills, and educational requirements
As a front desk executive, you are required to have good customer relations skills. Since you are first point of contact, you are the first impression for our company, whether via phone of in person. A friendly and professional tone and action are vital in this role so you have to be ready for it. You should also equip yourself with knowledge of most computer
Must have a first degree or its equivalent.
Must have some professional certifications as a front desk executive
Should have at least three (3) years working experience in the same position
Must not be more than 30 years of age.
