Position: Customer Support Personnel
Responsibilities
- Regular discussion with customers (and potential customers with a view to identifying their needs
- Developing quantitative measures for customer satisfaction levels,
- Tracking and documentation of customer complaints with view to identifying ”patterns” and eliminating such.
- Conceptualization and implementation of innovative and efficient systems for meeting customer needs.
- Implementing standard practices for customer satisfaction
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Sociology or other related courses
- Must be Computer literate with at least 2years experience
