Position: Facility Maintenance Officer
Key Tasks
- Effective facility management.
- Supervision of general house keeping
- Co-ordination of building servicing i.e. Air conditioners, Electrical appliance, plumbing etc.
- Waste management. Project management
- Liaising with government agency.
Qualifications/ Experience
- B.Sc/HND Estate Management
- 2- 5 years cognate experience.
