There is a vacancy in a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with clients in the manufacturing, energy and infrastructural sectors for this job position:

JOB TITLE; QUANTITY SURVEYOR

AGE; Minimum of 35 years of age

GENDER: Male

LOCATION; Lagos/ Ogun State

JOBS REQUIREMENTS

• BSc in Quantity Survey from a recognized institution.
• At least 7 years cognate experience on the job.
• Must be a member of a professional body.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Manage costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures
• Advising on procurement strategy.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Allocation work to subcontractors.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Preparation and analysis of bill of quantities
