We are a Mechanical and Electrical Contracting Company with Head Office based in Lagos, Nigeria. Due to continued expansion, we require professional individual to work within our already established teams. All candidates must be highly motivated, with good communication skills and have the ability to work within a multi cultural environment.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Qualifications and Experience
B.SC or HND in Quantity Surveying with minimum four years hands on experience in Mechanical and Electrical Contracting.
Show ability to read and fully understand working drawings, providing take-off of materials and accessories on a project by project basis.
Show professional skill when dealing with clients, consultants, architects and main contractors.
Undertake and quantify monthly progress claims on various projects.
Have a comprehensive working knowledge of FEDIC and JCT contracts documentation.
Have comprehensive working knowledge of MS Offices.
Have excellent analytical and written communication skills.
Assist in compiling and submittals of tenders and variations to meet strict deadline.
