Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate must possess a good Degree or HND from a recognized university or polytechnic. He or she must be a member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. A minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying is required. Experi­ence dealing with title and approval matters would be highly desirable.

General Requirements

The ideal candidates must be computer literate with proficiency in relevant Microsoft packages. He or she must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.
