Product Quantity Surveyors

Core Duties:

• Prepare bill of Quantities/Tender documents.
• Attend tender/negotiation meetings.
• Prepare builders estimates /cash flow analysis.
• Monitor and control project costs of pre-determine budget(s).

Minimum Requirement

• BSc. Hons. Or its equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
• Not more than 35 years old.
• Not less than seven years post qualification experience on   pre/post contract works.
• Proficiency in Ms Excel Ms Word and Ms Project.
• Must be willing to work in any city of Nigeria and travel at short notice.
