Real Estate Development Firm, in the business of Residential and Commercial Property Development with Head Office in Abuja is undergoing Strategic Repositioning. Consequently, pro-active egg-heads are required urgently to fill the position below:

Head Strategy and Business Development

Location: (Abuja)

Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the successful candidate who shall not be more than 45 years will develop strategies to successfully promote our Company product, meet or exceed sales and profit goals. He would be required to locate and acquire land for residential and commercial Real Estate Development or for sale to other building and development companies. Stay current on industrial trends by attending educational seminars, visiting other builders and reading industry periodicals.

• A minimum of B.S in Real Estate, Urban Design, Economics or Architecture and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Real Estate and membership of relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
• Must have at least 10 years post NYSC experience in Business Development, 4 of which must be in Marketing and Sales,
