Position: Head of Business
Qualifications:
- B.Sc Architecture with second class upper,
- Minimum of 5 years experience,
- Possession valid driver’s license,
- Must be a go-getter & industrious in clients’ sourcing and mgt,
- Must be result driven and be willing to accept responsibility
- Computer proficiency (Ms Office, AutoCAD other architecture software programmes).
Duties:
- Reporting to the Group Managing Director,
- Responsible for the overall mgt of the various sections of the Company (real estate, logistics, dredging & petroleum),
- Formulate policies that will aid in the growth, development and smooth running of the Company,
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of subordinates,
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to the branch offices.
