Our client operates a quick service restaurant (QSR) positioned to provide a wide range of African and continental dishes to its customers. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring in the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide commercial and strategic management skills to ensure that all set targets for the company are surpassed.
Head Admin & Facility Mgt (NXT/BKI-M XI)
The successful candidate will be charged with the responsibility of managing the company’s administrative functions, as well as ensuring that all facilities and equipment belonging to the company are well and regularly maintained.
Skills and Competencies
- A good bachelor’s degree in estate management or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the managing protocol and admin functions
- Membership of a relevant professional institution, including facilities management, will be an added advantage
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Sound organisational, administrative and managerial skills
- Good people management and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate all procurement activities, develop a robust filing system and effectively relate with third-party vendors
