The position will be suited to persons with experience, especially in the Management/Facility Management Area.

Facility Coordinators:

We require Facility Coordinators to oversee our managed properties. Candidates for this position must have knowledge of building maintenance strategies including preventive maintenance of plant and equipment. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate sound knowledge of building systems, workload planning and customer service satisfaction, and should possess excellent planning, communications and leadership skills. Candidates should also have sound knowledge of Health Safety and Environment, ability to speak and write excellent English and have an HND or higher qualification in a related field combined with experience working in a similar role. Good knowledge of computer package (Excel, MS Word, etc) is also essential.
