ESTATE SURVEYORS (VALUATION)
Qualification and Experience
- Ideal candidate should be 26-34 years of age
- Candidate must possess HND/B.Sc (upper credit/2:2) In Estate Management or Its equivalent
- Applicant must have excellent experience in large commercial and residential property valuation
- Applicants should have five (5) years experience, two of which must be at a supervisory/managerial level.
- Applicants must be self-driven, hardworking & innovative. Time based decision maker. Strong communication/analytical skills. Good impeccable knowledge of Lagos Island.
Remuneration
Salary is attractive and highly competitive commensurate with applicant’s experience.
