A start-up Venture Capital firm, set up to create a funding flow for the Real Estate Sector of the economy, is looking for a dynamic, proactive egg head to ensure a smooth take-off of the firm and to pilot it to a good and profitable start.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Location –Abuja

The right candidate should possess

• Experience in small and medium sized Securities Companies and small and medium sized Investment Bank.
• Relevant Securities licenses.
• Thorough   understanding   of   local   and international financial markets conditions.
• Experience in REITs, NASDAQ and other left-hand Financing arrangements.
• Experience in leading a team of 20 or more people and superior teamwork skills
• International exposure and readiness to undertake frequent international business trips
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, coordination and organizational abilities
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics and/or Business Management with indepth knowledge of the Real Estate industry.
• An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years post NYSC relevant experience in Securities Market or Investment Banking is required.
• A maximum of 45 years in age as at the last birthday
