SYSTEMS/ NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- To manage server, power and security system requirements and to provide support in accordance to Service Level Agreements
- To escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with services delivered by third party suppliers.
- To manage vendors and/or suppliers within specified time and budget requirements
Requirements
- First Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Electronics
- Professional qualification in: MCP, MCSA (Messaging) MCSE (Messaging)
- Technical expertise in: Windows Client Systems, Window Server 2003 & 2008, Exchange 2003 & 2007, Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 & 2008
- Antivirus (Symantec, McAfee, Panda Security) Server Management
- Experience of setting up Web and FTP
- Good communication (Verbal, Outlook, Phone)
- 5 years experience in the area of responsibilities
- Age: Not above 32 years
