Oracle Database Administrator DBA

Responsibilities

Work with other team members to perform products, application upgrades, design, development and performance tuning.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the oracle database concepts, administration, and processes
• advanced knowledge of relational database design, programming techniques and tools including SQL, RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Procedural SQL
• Knowledge of current database technologies and data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of HTML and web development using PL/SQL packages or other database technologies proven Oracle Database Administration experience
• Experience of managing  multiple RDBMS on large systems
• Experience of other database systems, preferably SQL Server
• Practical experience in managing the internal and external MS SQL database security
• Oracle Certification
• 6-7 years post NYSC experience.
