M and E Officer Ref: PHI/AD/01/2009
Location: Port Harcourt
Competitive applicants must
Hold a first degree in any related field preferably health or IT and a Postgraduate
degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, International Health or related field; Have at least 2 years working experience in the design, implementation and
management of Health M&E systems (HIV/AIDS programming preferred);
Possess high level computer skills using MS Excel MS Access, SPSS and/or Epi-info;
- Be conversant with PEPFAR reporting requirement.
- Have strong data management and analysis skills; Have advanced knowledge of electronic medical records system and deployment of database system for patient monitoring an asset;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; Be fluent in written and spoken English language:
- Be a committed find fervently God-tearing person of proven integrity, honesty and accountability. Knowledge of the local language dialect spoken in the program location is desirable.
- A Sociocultural background similar to the project location is an added advantage.
