Position: Customized Research (CR) Global Operations (GO) Manager
Report to the Customized Research Global Operation Leader for Fulfillment and Delivery, Middle East & Africa, you will play a vital role in the planning, organizing, leading and controlling the activities and resources of the CR Global Operations in order to provide the highest quality services within an approved schedule, cost and specifications.
Requirements:
- College graduate (BA/BS desired), preferably with IT skills.
- 3 to 5 years customize research experience, preferable in the fields of questionnaire programming, data input, quality control and data analysis
- Good exposure to multiples, survey methodologies, such as fact to face, telephone, online
- Sound analytical abilities, understanding of production processes and proven track record of process improvements implementation.
- Excellent project management and communications skills (at least 2-3 years in supervisory positions).
Others skills/abilities that will be considered an advantage:
- Quantum data validation & tabulation
- QPSMR data input programming & tabulation
- Confirm CAPI/CATI/online programming MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- SPSS VB, VBA & Java Programming
