Communication/Quality Assurance Manager Ref No: MTL/2009/003
Reporting to the COO, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the management of the operational and fiscal responsibility of the department. He /she would also plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department and the organization as a whole.
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Experience
- A first degree in computer science or its equivalent in any related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of the operations of a control room and call centre environment.
- Good knowledge of mobile Monitoring procedures.
