Job Title: Call Center Operators

Location: ABUJA
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for complaint calls from NCS directly, Bonded Terminals, Banks etc
- Log in customer details such as Name, location, company, telephone, email in Issue submission in the Helpdesk application
- Log in brief of the issue in the issue submission in the Helpdesk application and advise customers of Trouble Tickets (TT) as an acknowledgement of their complaint call
- Quickly advise the central Helpdesk in Lagos about open Trouble Tickets issued, by passing customer complaint calls to the Helpdesk for resolution
- Follow up on Helpdesk on unresolved issues, using the target SLA as a guiding rule
- Proactively call customers about the status/progress of issue(s) raised
- Issue questionnaires periodically and collate results to establish customer satisfaction levels
- Establish Customer relationship management database
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 2 years experience in the IT and Telecoms industry
- Call center/helpdesk experience is compulsory
- B.Sc Computer science, Elect/Elect or
- Computer Engineering
- Must be customer friendly and tactful
- Must be computer proficient with knowledge and experience of MS windows, WORD, EXCEL and the internet
