BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, SERVICES (BDM/SER/02)
Responsibility
The successful candidate will be based in Lagos and will be responsible for generating business relating to support, Contracts, Outsourcing and Projects for clients in every sector of the economy. She/he will also be responsible for service level agreements on all support contracts
The candidate must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
- Ability to sell and generate business opportunities in the IT support, and contracts
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electrical electronics, or any related field with a minimum of 5-6 years post graduate experience in outsourcing, contracts management and business development management. (A minimum of Second Class Upper Credit)
- Good knowledge of project management in relation with ICT business
- Must possess any of the following certifications: CCNA, MCSE and MCP, A post graduate degree or any other certifications such as PMP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to grow sales
- Ability to develop, negotiate and monitor SLA’S is a must
- Good knowledge of problem, incident, change, helpdesk management system
- Good ITIL knowledge and certification is an added advantage.
