As a result of rapid growth, we are in search of exceptional individuals to join our team of young, smart and talented people in the position below;

Position:  Assistant General Manager (Enterprise Sales)

Job Objectives:

The candidate will be responsible for our business performance in the enterprise (Business to Business) sector, and full accountability for sales marked share, brand awareness, advertising effectiveness and new product development.

Key outputs:

  • Development of the enterprise sales team.
  • Acquisition of new enterprise accounts.
  • Expanded business with existing enterprise accounts.
  • Advertising & media planning and placement.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company’s interests and to position the company as a partner of choice.
  • Develop and deliver new business opportunities among assigned Enterprise segments- Oil & Gas/Shipping/Insurance/Banking & Finance/ FMCG/Real Estate, etc.
  • Lead a result oriented team to effectively and efficiently implement the company sales strategy in his/her area.
  • Client support and churn management.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Must have the drive and capability to meet and beat challenging targets.
  • Strong relationship and team building skills; experience in dealing with corporate and government representatives and other senior individuals and stakeholder groups.
  • Delivering results; absolute focus to deliver under pressure in an ever changing business environment.
  • Putting customers first; understand the needs, expectations and requirements of stakeholders.
  • Communicating for impact, effective communication with senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company.
  • Making a personal difference strong influencing skills and responsive Technical / Professional Expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal communications.
  • Strong presentation skills required, including experience in presenting and influencing a senior audience.

Qualification and Experience:

A first degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, computer Science and any of the Physical Sciences with a minimum of 2nd class honours (upper division) from a reputable university. An MBA degree obtained from a top University will be an advantage. A minimum of 5 years experience selling ICT solutions to the banking and Finance, ICT, oil and gas and other Business-to-Business prospects will be required. A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.
