HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (GIL/AHBD)
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and protecting the bank’s good reputation with all stakeholders, growing the clientele base of the bank through expert marketing and communications planning and delivery of its well articulated products.
The candidate must possess the following skills, attributes and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in mass communication, business administration or any other related discipline.
- Any relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 4 years experience handling media and/or credit enquiries particularly in the financial services space.
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic sales relationships with partners, stakeholders and after potential customers
The Applicants must possess the following qualifies
Strategic perspective and must be highly computer literate (Must be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in the use of excel)
- Strategic planning and development
- Leadership and management skills
- Relationship Management skills
- Excellent organizational, leadership and supervisory skills

- Good communication skills
- Must possess the ability to learn quickly and think outside the box.

- Sound knowledge of the Financial services industry especially Microfinance Institutions

BRANCH COORDINATORS (GIL/ABC)
The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising, processing, analysing and reviewing of credit for existing and prospective clients as well as managing the entire activities and staff within the assigned Branch.
The candidate must possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in similar position.
- An HND or Bachelors degree in the Humanities, Science or social sciences (Minimum Lower Class)
- A relevant post graduate degree or any other qualification/certification will be an added advantage.
- Must be young and energetic (Should not exceed the age of 32)
The Applicants must possess the following qualifies
