RTI International is recruiting personnel to fill the position based in Bauchi and Sokoto pending awards of a five-year local governance-civil society strengthening program funded by the USAID.
TRAINING MANAGER
Requirement
- 6-10 years experience in capacity building for government officials and NGOs at national and grassroots levels
- Demonstrated experience assessing learning needs, and in learning design and delivery
- Experience managing teams and programs, also in budgeting and evaluating programs.
- Nigerian citizenship required
- BA degree or higher required
- Prior experience working on USAID projects desirable
- English fluency, and advanced typing and computer skills required
