The Foundation for Public-Private Partnerships, Nigeria (FPPPN) seeks the services of an outstanding individual to serve as the position below based in Abuja, Nigeria. The Foundation of a new non political, non-profit making forum dedicated to advocate and facilitate the private sector involvement and participation in the delivery of public goods and services thereby improving the quality of life the people of Nigeria

The Trustees seek a dynamic and creative individual with impeccable integrity and knowledge in the PPP arena to consolidate the operation of the foundation, track the implementation of strategic beneficial programmes and membership drive of the foundation.

Candidates must be deeply committed to FPPPN, and should bring demonstrated interest, professional experience and a good track record of accomplishments that will satisfy a highly proactive Board.

POSITION:

Secretary/Webmaster reporting to the Executive Secretary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have web development skills
  • Ability to perform variety of Clerical/Secretarial support activities such as preparing files, word processing and reception duties, dealing with situations effectively, keeping variety of records, and filling systems.
  • General Office Administration
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skill.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate meetings.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and under pressure. Carry out any other assignment as may be directed.

QUALIFICATION

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of first degree in Secretarial Studies, Computer Science, English, Social Sciences, in any related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in a large organization.
