Responsibilities

Design and maintain office systems, institute and maintain records keeping system.

Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Secretaries  studies
• Experience in office administration and management
• Strong knowledge of records keeping and document management
• Must be able to maintain confidently and demonstrate high degree of trust
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• 4-5 years working experience.
