Requirement
- Candidate must posses first degree with at least second class in Public Administration or any Social Sciences from a recognized Institution of higher learning, plus 14 years cognate experience in administrative position or holder of Masters Degree from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least twelve (12) years cognate experience.
- Skilled in computer usage will be added advantage.
