Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
The Job
The Personal Assistant will be primarily responsible for the following functions:
- Be the first point of contact for the Managing Director
- Collation of materials and preparation of papers for presentation
- Assist in compilation of data and research materials
- Managing information flow in the Managing Director’s office
- Providing exemplary Secretarial, administrative and organizational support
- Organizing local and international travel itineraries
- Ensuring full preparedness and briefing for all engagements.
Requirement
The suitable candidate must possess the following:
- Good first degree in relevant discipline & Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English and French
- Previous experience as a personal Assistant at a Senior level
- Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to tight schedules
- Excellent minute taking skills
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
- High level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
