to the Managing Director

The Job

The will be primarily responsible for the following functions:

  • Be the first point of contact for the Managing Director
  • Collation of materials and preparation of papers for presentation
  • Assist in compilation of data and research materials
  • Managing information flow in the Managing Director’s office
  • Providing exemplary Secretarial, and organizational support
  • Organizing local and international travel itineraries
  • Ensuring  full preparedness and briefing for all engagements.

Requirement

The suitable candidate must possess the following:

  • Good first degree in relevant discipline & Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and French
  • Previous experience as a at a Senior level
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working to tight  schedules
  • Excellent minute taking skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • High level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
