Personal Assistant

Qualification

  • A good University Degree
  • Foreign language an added advantage

Experience

  • A minimum 2 years working experience
  • Good knowledge of IT skills
  • Excellent office management skills
  • Excellent literary skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage the office
  • Monitor the itinerary of the chief executive
  • Schedule meetings and book appointment for the CED
  • Make travel plan
  • Write and reply to letters
