Our client is a high profiled conglomerate with deep penetration in Nigeria’s heavy construction industry and infrastructural development. it plays a significant role in Nigeria’s PPP initiatives. As part of its strategic transformational growth our client now desires to recruit persons who are matured, aggressive and motivationally driven to achieve success, into the leadership position below:

/Admin Manager (Ref: BV/HR)

Location; Ikeja, State

Relationship

The /Admin Manager will report to the CEO and be responsible for design, installation and implementation of Corporate HR strategies, initiative and processes to drive corporate business goals.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develops and updates HR and personnel policies, procedures and forms,
  • Manages all HR activities related to recruitment, employees talent, and career development.
  • Supervises all activities and tasks including admin operations, employee’s safety, office maintenance, security and logistics.
  • Specifically handles all core HR responsibilities including performance , compensation design and implementation,
  • Manages employee’s relations.

Qualifications and Experience;

  • Candidates to be shortlisted for interview must:
  • Posses a good honours degree in , or .
  • A minimum of eight (8) years post qualification experience, three (3) of which must be in a senior position in a blue chip company,
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel will be desirable,
  • Proficiency in the use of HR software package is mandatory
  • Must be between 35 and 40 years old.

Personal Attributes

  • Sound knowledge of employment related legislation.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are essential
