We are player responsible for gas infrastructure development and distribution in the Nigerian oil & Gas industry. Opportunities exist for experienced, exceptional, result-driven, self-motivated individual to fill strategic position with our organization.

At a minimum of, candidates must be person of high integrity, versatile, hard working, with strong interpersonal and people management skills. Candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Industry experience, Post-Graduate degrees and/or professional experience will be added advantages.

, Human Resources & Administration: Ref: HRA

Principal accountabilities:

  • Primary responsibility for implementation of human resources policies and procedures to support corporate objectives
  • Development of HR planning strategies in consideration of immediate and long-term staff Requirements in terms of numbers and skills levels
  • Responsibility for management/development of effective performance management policies, compensation/benefits, incentive/reward systems and disciplinary procedures
  • Oversight support for company-wide and department-level recruitment, training and Development
  • Overseeing the provision of administrative support services to all departments.

Role Profile:

  • Relevant University degree in Arts, or the Minimum of 8years post-graduation experience
  • Proven track in strategic Human Resources management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
