For this position you will communicate with Sales managers and Representatives. You will track shipments, request quotes, generate quotes. Communicate with Sales Reps. on the status of order, pickup and credit issues. Will also process paper work. You will retrieve messages voice mails and emails as required. Respond in a timely manner to all messages etc.

Position Requirements:

Must have 2-4 years experience in a customer service or call center environment. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto Quote Keyboard skills with minimum of 10,000 key strokes per hour.
