Position Title: USA GOM Sales and Marketing Manager
Supervisor Position: USA GOM Area Manager and Global Commercial Director
Department: Sales and marketing
Location: USA - Houston
Division: Trico Marine Group (TMG)

Role:

* To bring TMG’s world class subsea services to the US market. The Trico Marine Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager, with a track record of winning and closing deals related to subsea survey, IMR and/or decommissioning in the US.
* The ideal candidate will have a technical background in offshore oil and gas, and experience within business development and marketing.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and follow up with key customers and potential customers
* General management of the local operations and business development including staff, vendor, and customer relations
* Identify new opportunities for each division within TMG in the US
* Develop relationships in the area with customers and suppliers.
* Communicate any prospects or proposals to your supervisor.
* Create a matrix of competitor status in the area, monitor and update as required
* Develop annual sales plan, providing input and assistance in the development of the Company annual business plan.
* Report in a timely manner and as directed on operation and market activities
* Negotiate and fix C/P’s and contracts with relevant parties
* Marketing of all TMG services with NOC, IOC and AWS and development of market opportunities
* Assist when required the Sales and Marketing Manager - Mexico

Preferred Skills and Requirements:

* 5+ years experience of sales and business development experience within oil and gas or sub sea services.
* Knowledge of maritime contracts and bid process
* Excellent knowledge of the local offshore market place
* Excellent communication skills
* Spanish language an advantage
* Bachelor Degree
* Able to work in a team environment
* Flexible
* Motivated and action oriented
* Commercial understanding
* Good communication skills
