Job Description

Executive administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Operations. Initiates on behalf of the officer to complete assigned tasks and projects of a complex nature. Interprets and policies.

Meetings: & engagements on behalf of the Senior Vice President of . Make arrangements & coordinate all details for meetings, conferences & special events
* Data Processing: Prepares/composes complex documents of a highly confidential nature.
* Correspondence: Reviews, prioritizes & determines actions for all . Prepare correspondence and reports and update as needed.
* Customer Service: Screen & prioritize phone calls, provide ongoing public relations, & assist in resolving problems.
* Departmental Assistance: Monitors expenditures, researches variances, and coordinates prep. related to budget. Oversees, and implements change in office operations. Ensures equipment, materials and space are used effectively. Set up and maintain .
* Talent : Actively coordinate both routine and ad-hoc talent timelines and processes for the group.
* Change : Work collaboratively with various groups to facilitate change in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment .
* Initiatives: Participate in operations and cross- as they arise.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field & at least 5 - 7 years of experience as an senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant or in a comparable positions preferably in a institution.

Advanced level skills in MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, time , , oral and written skills in addition to web navigation and research skills. The incumbent must embrace working in a dynamic and changing environment and be highly self motivated and proactive at taking initiative to resolve issues and create better organization where needed. Spoken fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
