Job Description
Executive administrative support for the Senior Vice President of Community Banking Operations. Initiates necessary activities on behalf of the officer to complete assigned tasks and projects of a complex nature. Interprets administrative decisions and policies.

Meetings: Schedule appointments & engagements on behalf of the Senior Vice President of Community Banking. Make arrangements & coordinate all details for meetings, conferences & special events
* Data Processing: Prepares/composes complex documents of a highly confidential nature.
* Correspondence: Reviews, prioritizes & determines actions for all incoming correspondence. Prepare correspondence and reports and update as needed.
* Customer Service: Screen & prioritize phone calls, provide ongoing public relations, & assist in resolving problems.
* Departmental Assistance: Monitors expenditures, researches variances, and coordinates prep. related to budget. Oversees, and implements change in office operations. Ensures equipment, materials and space are used effectively. Set up and maintain departmental files.
* Talent Management: Actively coordinate both routine and ad-hoc talent management timelines and processes for the group.
* Change Management: Work collaboratively with various groups to facilitate change management in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment .
* Initiatives: Participate in operations and cross-organization efforts as they arise.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field & at least 5 - 7 years of experience as an senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant or in a comparable positions preferably in a financial institution.
Advanced level skills in MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in addition to web navigation and research skills. The incumbent must embrace working in a dynamic and changing environment and be highly self motivated and proactive at taking initiative to resolve issues and create better organization where needed. Spoken fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
