CRI/Criterion Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shell Group, supplies total packages of catalysts, services and solutions for refinery and petrochemical plants. Criterion Catalysts & Technologies and CRI Catalyst Company, are subsidiaries of CRI/Criterion Inc. Criterion Catalysts & Technologies provides hydroprocessing, reforming and specialty catalysts to the refining industry and CRI Catalyst Company provides EO, VAM, styrene, hydrogenation, specialty and environmental catalysts to the petrochemical industry.

CRI/Criterion is currently seeking a Planner for their , location.

Responsibilities:

* Planning and Scheduling of all Department activities including Training, RCM, Plant , and Planned Program to support plant operation
* Accountability for Maximo Software Management
* Administer plant , including but not limited to planned, predictive, preventive, and corrective in conjunction with team leader
* Coordinate schedule with operations group to facilitate necessary shutdowns
* and schedule work, including but not limited to daily, shutdown, or other outages
* Participate in administrative and technical programs, such as cost reduction, process improvement, communication, and employee development
* Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procurement of plant equipment

Requirements:

* Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
* 3+ years of planning and scheduling experience
* High School diploma (or GED)
* (Millwright/Elect/Inst), previous experience is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to travel as required for training and company business
* Ability to work in excess of the normal 40-hour workweek, including non-standard hours as required by business needs
* Ability to access, unassisted, all required areas of the facility
