Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels.
- Order stock and arrange logistics for customer orders (International & Domestic).
- Liaise with the Marketing Department.
- Communicate with end customers.
- Manage data entry and maintain stock spreadsheets.
- Perform day-to-day logistics and adhoc administrative duties.
- Organize annual stock-taking exercise.
Education/Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, International Trade or Logistics Management.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Previous oilfield experience will be highly regarded, though not essential.
Skills Requirement
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- SAP Computer system exposure preferred.
