HR Generalist

We currently have an opportunity for a HR Generalist in our corporate office in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:

As a HR Generalist, you’ll manage and maintain company-wide job descriptions, the company Substance Abuse Prevention program, the Commercial Driver’s program and the Criminal Background Check program. You’ll triage and troubleshoot incoming HR phone calls and inquiries, as well as respond to employee relations calls and benefit inquiries. You’ll assist with coordinating and processing new hire paperwork for the Regional staff and Executive directors. This will include offer letters, background checks, new hire forms and Personnel Action Notices (PAN). You’ll conduct company-wide webinars, as well as new hire orientations for the Seattle office staff. You’ll be the liaison between third party administrators and communities for unemployment. You’ll coordinate monthly reports; maintain HR forms on the intranet, research state specific employment related regulations and run standard ADP reports. You’ll also provide support to HR Directors, as well as general administrative support.

Qualifications:

* Must possess a Bachelors degree with 1-2 years experience.
* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be an organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* Must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
