CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - MOUNT PLEASANT

June 15, 2009

A Contract Administrator will oversee all new and existing Contracting companies and their technicians. They will work closely with the regional and site managers to ensure that technician needs are met. In addition, they will work with the Contract Attorney, Payroll, and IT to ensure that contracting companies and their technicians are appropriately set up, monitored, and managed in accordance with company policy.

A Contract Administrator Will:

* Processes and maintains Contractors
* Reviews Insurances
* Works with the Contractor Attorney for approval
* Work with Regional and Site Managers to stay ahead of technician needs
* Will work in SPI, Audi, and Identity Manager
* Prepares for signal integrity audits
* Assists Payroll with troubleshooting an issues
* Monitors technician access to SPI and Siebel

Skills & Requirements:

* Strong problem solving skills necessary
* Must be detail oriented
* Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel
* Prior experience in dealing with Contractors helpful, but not necessary
