National Accounts - Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage $100mm - $200mm Account
• Staff: Ten (4 direct reports)
• Manage internal and external relationships
• Insure safety, volume metrics and financial targets are achieved.
• Provide vision, leadership and direction for sales account and team.
• Sales growth
• Strategy execution
• Operating expenses and overall P&L

Requirements:

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
• 10+ years commercial sales experience with emphasis on consumer products
• Bachelor’s degree required – MBA preferred
• Supervisory / leadership experience
• Interaction with all levels of customer organizations
• Balance of strategic and creative skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong results – orientation
• Strong understanding of financial models
