Description:
Front Line Leader for the Corrugated department is responsible for the
supervision, directing and leadership of one assigned shift of hourly
employees in safety, quality, productivity and engagement to ensure
goals are met. This position reports into the facility Corrugator
Superintendent or Manufacturing Manager.
The Corrugator Supervisor is responsible for safety training; accident
investigation, managing work schedules, one on one counseling, and
coaching employees to accomplish team goals and corrective actions to
address problems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3 + years in a corrugator supervisory capacity required.
