Position Description

The Accounting Specialist II receives invoices, reviews them for approval/purchase orders, obtains approval for payment, records invoice information into PeopleSoft Accounts Payable module in order to generate timely and accurate payment.  Customer service, risk mitigation and cost savings are all goals of this position along with attention to detail.

Position Requirements

Previous Accounts Payable experience, with PeopleSoft preferred.  A minimum of 2-3 years accounting experience necessary with automated accounting systems.
