Description

Serves as a Regional Security & Engineer (RSSE) supporting the TSSC-III program based in , . A background check by federal authorities will be performed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in the following:

*Responsible for implementing and monitoring and security programs and policies, including compliance with government health, , environmental, and security regulations

*Responsible for all administrative tasks related to implementation of the Program plan and corporate reporting requirements

*Perform site audits for compliance with the program/company requirements.

*Audit the job accident records and prepare audit reports of these records. Respond to emergencies, investigates accidents, and recommend corrective action.

*Initiate and conduct accident investigations and prepare job accident reports.

*Coordinate and implement training. Conduct employee training in areas such as construction , emergency response, life , industrial hygiene, and other areas as required.

*Represent management during inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.

*Receive, reviews and distributes inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.

* Review EMR(s), OSHA Log(s) and Information as part of the subcontractor pre-qualification process.

*Review and approve Subcontractor Site Specific Plans (SSSP) to insure that they strictly adhere to both Parsons? Policy and OSHA Regulations.

*Assist with office tasks related to construction and management of projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

*2-5 years of related work experience in the fields of Construction Health and .

*Requires a working knowledge of Federal and state health and regulations and reporting procedures.

*Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

*Computer literate and proficient in the use of standard office software.

60%Travel.

Limited overtime required.

Must be able to meet customer security requirements (moderate to high risk). A background check by federal authorities will be performed.
