Electrical Field Engineer - Electrical/Service/Coordinator

Electrical Field Engineer Job: Client that designs and manufactures Transmission and Distribution products is currently looking to hire an Electrical Service Coordinator/Electrical Engineer for their office in Houston, TX. Client prefers a BSEE degree but will consider experience in place of a degree. Our client prefers that you have some experience with High Voltage equipment and systems used in the Oil and Gas industry (experience supporting the power generation industry will also be acceptable). Your main responsibility will be to represent the service inside your maintenance shop in Houston by developing and coordinating the service offering including promotion, tendering, negotiation, project delivery, spare parts, training and technical support. Specific experience working for a company that designs, manufactures and sells (Alstom, ABB, Siemens, GE, etc…) High Voltage equipment & systems used in the Oil and Gas industry would be ideal! Specific experience with some of the following equipment is needed: transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, RTU’s, & protective relay systems. Our client is looking for candidates local to Houston, TX or that are willing to relocate with minimal relocation assistance.
