Shell Oil Company is currently seeking /Sr for their , location.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a docket primarily relating to Shell’s exploration and production activities (E&P and/or chemicals)

Requirements:

  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Must possess a registration to patent practice in the U.S, Patent and Trademark Office and have a membership in the State Bar of or membership in the bar of another state and intention to become a member of Bar
  • Must have an undergraduate degree in Physics, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and between 5 and 12 years of experience in U.S. Intellectual property practice and a meaningful professional exposure to all major areas of IP practice
  • Must have a strong career emphasis on patent practice in the US Patent and Trademark Office and a working knowledge of patent practice in other countries and of international patent conventions
  • Preferably, will also have a graduate degree or comparable work experience in technology areas relevant to the E&P businesses
