Day to day

Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals that demonstrate an employment history reflecting at least a year of customer-service experience and job stability, an Associate, Bachelor or Technical degree is highly desired, we also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications, while talking to customers, is a necessity. But most important, you must enjoy listening to, analyzing and solving problems. You’ll need to think on your feet, ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer.

This includes important things like making educated and valuable recommendations to our customers about products and services and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell our products and services that best fit with the customer’s spoken and unspoken needs.
